Collaborate with the Agile Multi-Disciplinary Force Advancing Global Frontiers

Navollo was founded on a simple yet bold premise: that the next era of technology requires a fusion of rapid execution and deep, cross-domain engineering. What began as a specialized aerospace venture—centered on the development of the Gungnir launch vehicle and the SD-25 liquid propulsion system—has evolved into a premier multi-disciplinary hub for global innovation.

Today, we bridge the gap between Earth and orbit, operating at the intersection of Aerospace and Defense. By integrating advanced AI, precision manufacturing, and strategic tactical systems like the Draupnir platform, we solve the world’s most complex challenges with an agile mindset. We don't just build hardware; we engineer the infrastructure of the future. At Navollo, we are more than a manufacturer—we are a strategic partner committed to delivering high-performance solutions for a connected and secure global landscape.

Aerospace Division

At Navollo's Aerospace Division, we are redefining orbital infrastructure and access to space with an agile, vertically integrated, and multidisciplinary approach. Our Launchers division is led by the Gungnir project, a vehicle designed for reliable orbital missions, complemented by a dedicated suborbital rocket to deliver Microgravity as a Service(MaaS). By controlling propulsion with the SD-25 liquid-fueled engine, we ensure the precision needed to open the space frontier to new scientific and commercial experiments, transforming orbit into an accessible and sustainable laboratory.

Simultaneously, our satellite engineering team is building the connectivity and navigation fabric of the future. We began this journey with the LeptonSat constellation, focused on providing low-latency Internet of Things (IoT) communication on a global scale. However, our long-term vision is materializing with KRONOS, a 12U class, 20kg satellite that will form a national constellation of 20 units dedicated to PNT (Positioning, Navigation and Time). By integrating advanced PNT and IoT capabilities, Navollo not only connects the planet, but lays the foundation for precision and security for the next era of the global digital economy.

Defense Division

Navollo operates at the forward edge of modern engineering, constantly adapting to the rapidly shifting dynamics of global geopolitics and battlefield conflict resolution. Our core philosophy centers on a fully vertically integrated development cycle, where every component—from propulsion to software—is designed and manufactured in-house. This comprehensive control allows us to deliver an agile and decisive ecosystem of intelligent unmanned systems. Our portfolio ranges from versatile reconnaissance and monitoring drones to sophisticated, low-cost "kamikaze" platforms like the Draupnir, designed for asymmetric efficiency. Furthermore, for missions requiring precise decisive action, we develop advanced lethal-effect drones such as the Sleipnir. By merging rapid manufacturing with technical depth, we provide adaptable solutions that transform battlefield requirements into dominant operational capabilities.

Complementing our offensive assets, Navollo provides a robust suite of defensive and situational awareness technologies, all seamlessly unified by our proprietary MIMIR AI command layer. To counter the growing threat of aerial swarms, we pioneer advanced Directed Energy weapons, including the high-energy Sentinel system and the high-power Helios laser cannon. Our vast engineering portfolio also includes the Heimdall Micro-Doppler AESA radar, optimized for superior ground support sensing, and advanced tactical helmets integrating VR/AR for unmatched operator situational awareness. Beyond the battlefield, we address the critical humanitarian imperatives of conflict resolution with the Skirnir, an advanced Unmanned Ground Vehicle (UGV) dedicated to autonomous landmine clearing. In every domain, Navollo provides military and security partners with the integrated, high-performance tools needed to secure a decisive advantage in a complex world.

Our Features

The Engineering Force for Global Frontiers.

Navollo is built on the principle of absolute technical autonomy. We bridge the gap between complex orbital mechanics and tactical ground reality through vertical integration and agile, multi-disciplinary engineering. Our mission is to deliver high-performance infrastructure—from liquid propulsion to autonomous AI ecosystems—enabling a more connected, precise, and secure global landscape.

Vertical Propulsion & Launch Systems

We master the core of space access by designing and manufacturing our own liquid-fuel engines, such as the SD-25. Our roadmap—from sub-orbital Hopper testbeds for microgravity research to the orbital Gungnir vehicle—is driven by a commitment to reliability and cost-effective deployment. By controlling the entire propulsion cycle in-house, we ensure unmatched agility in meeting the evolving demands of the global launch market.

Advanced Orbital Constellations (PNT & IoT)

Navollo is architecting the next generation of satellite services, moving beyond simple connectivity. Starting with the LeptonSat constellation for global IoT, we are scaling toward the KRONOS constellation—a 12U, 20kg satellite network dedicated to sovereign Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT). Our focus is on providing high-precision synchronization and data links that are vital for both commercial infrastructure and strategic security.

Intelligent Defense & Tactical Autonomy

We deliver decisive advantages through an integrated ecosystem of unmanned aerial and ground systems. From the cost-effective Draupnir kamikaze drones to high-energy counter-measure systems like Sentinel and Helios, our hardware is built for the modern battlefield. Our solutions are designed for high-stakes environments where rapid response and technical superiority are the only acceptable outcomes.

The AI Core of Mission-Critical Operations

Every Navollo system is unified by MIMIR, our proprietary Artificial Intelligence engine that manages the complex data fusion from Heimdall AESA radars, coordinates autonomous swarm behaviors, and optimizes orbital trajectories. By embedding intelligence directly into our hardware, we transform raw data into actionable insights, ensuring that our partners maintain a strategic edge in any domain, from the deep sea to high orbit.
